Seeing Purple...

About 3 weeks ago, my 3-year old Fuji camera stopped working, bringing an abrupt halt to my weekly photographing and uploading of the postcards I received, to my albums on Facebook as well as to my blog: Tropical Paragon's Postcard Collection.

Also, my 5-year old Nokia cell phone stopped charging and for months, I had the inconvenience of daily exchanging my battery with my mom's, so that it can charge in her phone, before replacing it in mines for use.

Last weekend, I decided enough was enough...time to treat myself to some new tech toys to make my life better.

In an earlier blog, I mentioned my purple Apple ipod Shuffle, which was a farewell gift from my friends, the Bs.

Well, this gift inspired my selection of a purple Icemobile Rainbow II Dual-Sim Cell Phone when I went shopping.

And an upcoming work event, was my justification to splurge on a purple Kodak Easyshare C1550 16MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom.
