Water Taxi Service

I recently took a day-off work (something people can attest is something I do very rarely) and journeyed from San Fernando to Port of Spain via the relatively new Water Taxi Service. I boarded the HC Milancia (one of the 4 vessels that ply the route) at the Flatrock Terminal on Lady Hailes Avenue in San Fernando and was duly impressed to note that we departed promptly at 8am. An hour later, we disembarked at the Terminal on Wrightson Road in Port of Spain, a stone's throw away from Femmes du Chalet (The Original Breakfast Shed), the ideal place for a typical Trini-breakfast after the journey. I particularly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to everyone. If I had to travel to Port of Spain often, the Water Taxi Service would be my preferred form of transportation.
