Well, it's that time of the year again to do a serious count of how many postcards I have, both from private swaps as well as official postcrossing postcards.
Drum roll...
Total Postcards a year ago was 1310..........Total Postcards now......1715!
Total Countries a year ago was 71..........Total Countries now......97!
Not bad at all considering I have had such little spare time to dedicate to this hobby.
I decided to adopt 2 goals:
1. Collect postcards that enhances my sub collections: recipe/food, map/flag/coat of arms, lighthouse/windmills
2. Collect at least one postcard from the countries I do not have as yet in my collection.
With the latter goal in mind, this is a list of the first group of countries I am targeting:
